Hi Guys.
So I’ve kinda let myself go completely and I really need your support in helping me get to the stage I want to be at. I want to be a healthy weight, I need to get there.
I’m really struggling lately because of my hectic lifestyle but I don’t know if I can do it because I got so far and I’ve let myself down.
I would really appreciate it if you’d all send me some motivation techniques and reasons why I should do this because to be honest, I’ve forgotten.
I would really appreciate it, and I will promote 5 healthy weight loss blogs who send me the best advice.
I have realised that I need to do this the healthy way, instead of starving myself for days on end. I obviously will dramatically cut my calorie intake but not to such an extent that I’m passing out.

It depends on the day. Some days I go to the gym for a workout, some days I spent hours on the wii, and some days I take my dog for a long brisk walk. I always try to add in some random exercises like jumping jacks throughout the day to keep me feeling happy.
